    is yogurt considered complete protein?

came across yogurt that is high in protein, having two serving in the morning and afternoon. it's quick and easy source of protein.

    My question is,

is it considered complete protein? and is it safe to consume 500+ grams of yogurt a day?

    Thanks in advance

Yes it's considered a complete protein since it has all the 20 amino acids that compose proteins.

Yes it is a complete protein.

The second question is dependant on many things. I'd say to the average person, so long as it is within your macronutrient requirements, yes it is safe to eat 500 - 1000g a day if you want.
