Hey guys,
Second time power cleaning in a long time. I focus 90% of my effort into powerlifting but have always immensely respected the Olympic lifts and lifters. No real goal here other than to nail down my power clean form and use standard progressive overload for now.
Hopefully everyone's replies aren't for me to just fix everything. Haha

First of all, you need a much better camera angle. It's very difficult to tell what is happening and how everything is moving. We need a whole body shot with camera angle in front and to one side of you.
Second, weight is pretty light, and technique on these lifts is pretty good, again based on what little I can see. You might have a problem with hips rising fast, but can't tell.
Lastly, try and get faster and more precise. More forceful with your movement. Again, this might be because you have light weight, but even then you should be moving with POWER!!Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168969133
