Hi Guise/brahs
Just started my new pull/push/leg routine and have been doing it for 2 weeks now (2on1off) (trying to build some mass now)
Had finished 6 months of starting strength and happy with my progress - do you think that for 6.1/2 months physically i've made good gains?
If i see my chest is kind of lacking (can only bench 70kg/154lbs) so trying to get that up but have switched to 30kg dumbbells instead..
Still bulking for another 12 weeks or so and hopefully i'll look even bigger! just wish my chest would pop!!
By my pictures can you tell that i even lift? and how does my back look?

Pull
Warm Up – 2 x 8
Deadlifts, 2 x 5
Barbell Rows, 5 x 5
Barbell Curls, 5 x 5
*Cable Rows – 3 x 8
*Laterel raises, 3 x 8
*Rear Delt Raises, 3 x 8
*Shrugs, 3 x 8
*Chins 3 x 8
Push:
Warm Up – 2 x 8
Standing Military Press -5 x 5
Flat DB Bench press - 5 x 5
Close Grip Bench - 5 x 5
*Shoulder Press Machine – 3 x 8
*Pec Deck/Machine Flys - 3 x 8
*Tricep Pushdowns - 3 x 8
*Dips - 3 x Failure
Legs
Warmup : 2 x 8
Squats - 3 x 5
*Lunges - 3 x 8

You put on some LBM. I havn't read the suggestions from everyone else but you should bulk. Keep it CLEAN. Remember nutrition is everything and you will get out of it what you put in. If you eat crap you will look like crap. Keep it clean and it's less work when you cut for the summer. Good luck bud.
