    Pre-workout timing?

    I currently use Nectar Sports Fuel Concentrate as my pre workout, but on the packaging there is no mention of how long to take it before working out. If anyone has used it, what did you find was best? Or if not, what is the average/typical time before a workout to take your pre?

    I always take my pre-workouts roughly 20-30minutes pre workout. Your gonna have to play with the timing to see what works best for you though. Some people sip on it on their way to the gym 5-10minutes prior but some need it to sink more as well.

    Okay that's great, I've usually been taking it about 30 mins before anyway. I guess I'm best taking it a bit earlier if I've not got an empty stomach, ie another 15/20 mins?

    I'm usually around 30 mins prior to workout at the moment anywy, so I'll try adjusting it back and forth by 10 mins or so to find my peak consumption time. Thanks man

    30-45 mins before workout. Gives fair amount of time for the supplement to digest.

    I have never tried that specific pre workout personally. Normally I have a pre workout meal two hours before training and 30 minutes before training I'll have my pre workout drink.

    For me it all depends on the strength of the pre-workout....imo some kick in a lot quicker than others. I will usually down my pre-workout right before I drive to the gym(15-20mins).
