Pre/Post Timing question
I know there's a sticky, but it has 4000 replies. So if an expert could take a second and look at this, I'd be very grateful. I just get confused about when and in what order some of these things need to be taken. Like NO Xplode insists on an empty stomach... Thanks in advance.
Pre:
-2hrs: 4g BCAA + 4g Glutamine (and sometimes tribulus)
-1.5hrs: 40g or so of complex carbs
-1.25hrs: 10-20g whey protein
-0.5hrs: NO Xplode + 3g D-Ribose
Post:
immediately: 4g BCAA + 4g Glutamine + 3g D-Ribose
+.5hrs: 50g+ simple carbs
+.5hrs: 40g protein blend
+.75hrs: 3g Creatine MonoH
