    what would the side effects of just taking one tub of whey protein be??

    i was wondering what would happen if i only took one tub of whey protein, would it mess up my gains of stop me from progressing as much in the future, what would happen? i am on sort of a budget and im not sure if i should get a tub because i may not be able to get one straight after. please help

    Nothing. Your 125lbs you should just be eating more, just go out buy 15 cheeseburgers a day for ever.

    yes but i am small so tbf thats about right for me, i am cutting atm but i will try and bulk up soon but i think 15 cheese burgers is a bit too much and cheese is fatty XD

    You need to BULK. Okay make it 5 cheeseburgers. Gain 30lbs, lift-heavy, no cardio, and just ****ing own it.

    haha, I am not starting to cut now, im still cutting, ive been doing it for 3 months, i want to get to where im really happy so i can build up from there, thats all but thanks for ur help

    Why worry about cutting? Just lift big. Work the muscle group, feed your body appropriately, rest appropriately, rinse, repeat. Once you've filled out some, then figure out what direction you want to go (muscle for show, or muscle for go - although having both is not out of the question).

    You've made great progress from you pictures, I would focus on starting to gain some muscle at this point. As far as your question goes, if you can afford protein and want to buy it then go ahead. However it's not magic and it wont really be any different then just eating normal protein rich foods.
