    EricTheRed's MAN N-XT log!!!

Thanks again to everyone at MAN for allowing me to log this product

    N-XT:

    Testosterone Booster*
    Supports A Healthy Estrogen Balance*
    Promotes Healthy Cortisol Levels*
    Physique Hardening Support*

Is Estrogen & Cortisol holding Your Body Captive?
The Infamous Estrogen Bloat & Cortisol Love Handles that plague nearly every physique is not something minor you can simply tweak in your diet or training regimen to fix. It's a hormonal tragedy that can be caused by too many things.

Truth is an unhealthy hormone balance of estrogen & cortisol can nearly destroy any physique.

This is where N-XT shines. Containing precise ratios of actives to help support a healthy hormonal state (muscle building state).*

    The Estrogen Metabolizer
Healthy Estrogen Balance is crucial to promoting a dry, hard-looking physique.

In recent studies Brassaiopsis has been suggested to support a healthy level of estradiol while promoting a healthy increase in free testosterone levels.*

Normal Extract Of Brassaiopsis is a 1:1 extract, but we were not ok with normal. The Engineered Extract Of Brassaiopsis found in N-XT™ is a 10:1 Extract, 10x Stronger. This blows away everything else.

    Positive Beneficial Estrogen Metabolites
When Estrogen is broken down in your body, it can either form beneficial or harmful estrogen metabolites. DIM helps your body to break down estrogen into the beneficial type.* This encourages lean body mass & supports general well-being.* DIM may also help reduce the levels of estrogen metabolites & appears to promote a healthy balance of testosterone in the body. *

Harder, Dryer, Leaner Like Never Before*
Cortisol is the stress hormone that may instruct the body to breakdown muscle tissue & increases visceral adipose tissue (solid belly fat that most of us have). This solid belly fat is near impossible to lose – especially when cortisol levels remain high.*

This could also be the reason why you can't achieve “washboard abs”.

Research indicates 3Β-hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one is the counterbalance cortisol. When 3β-hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one is high, cortisol is low promoting a Harder, Dryer, Leaner Looking Physique.*

Some studies suggest results with 50mg delivered daily – N-XT contains double that dose at 100mg daily – this was designed for advanced users.*

    Support A Muscle Building State*
This is where N-XT shines. Containing precise ratios of actives to achieve a near perfect hormonal state addressing Testosterone, Estrogen, & Cortisol to shift you into a muscle building state.*

Don't let cortisol & estrogen destroy your physique anymore!

Good workout considering moving and training for a new job in a diff. department were i currently work on top of it. Cardio is lacking but that will change. Getting pissed that my bench is on average with my ATG squats....that anger kinda carried over to my 2" deficit deads. However, I will say I'm feeling alittle more aggressive in the gym at times. I'll check my weight in the morning tomorrow.

thank you guys. not my best work but i'm working with what time I have. Home ownership is a learning curve, which I expected

    Bench with Bands
    165x3x8
EZ curls SS close grip smith bench
    95x12x3-205x8x5
    DB bench SS hammer curls
    90x10x3/45x12x3
    band pressdowns
100 reps, quick rests to reach 100
    cable flies
    36x12x3

Down about 2-3lbs from start now. Feeling pretty good in the gym and bedroom has picked up alittle bit. pretty pleased thus far. Skipped saturdays planned workout as a 30min project turned into 3hrs along with other work.

Just happen to be on to post some workouts, I work currently as a GMP analytical chemist for a pharma manufacturing facility, after coming from a different department doing small batch "cooking". I also have experience in more analytical/HPLC stuff and GMP food quality work....actually mostly in powdered sport supplements. House is good, doing little things here and there but getting workouts in, soon my g/f starts nurse practitioner school as well soon. Also, looking at dogs.

Squat 135x5/185x5/225x5/245x3/275x3/295x2/305x2/315x2 drop 225x5 drop (Olympic stance) 135x25

    wide stance good mornings 315x8/155x8/175x8x2

    more Olympic 135x25

    leg ext. 2410x12x5

standing calf rasies 225x20x4/ seated 90x20x4

    Bench
135x10/185x5/225x3/265x2/275x1/275x2 (helped alittle with spotter) 225x3x2/135x15wide grip/135x15 close grip
    seated BB Military 135x12x4
skull crushes SS machine side rasies
    75x10/85x10/95x10- 70x10x4
    Hammer bench
    225x8x3
    band pulldowns
    x75

    BBrows 50x10/80x8/100x10/110x10x3
    Wide grip pulldowns 180x10x4/132x15
    Close reverse grip pulldowns 84x15x4
    DB curls 40x10/50x10x3
    cable curls 35x20x4
    ab work

Workouts feeling good but only 2 days left of NXT. I'll be out of town this weekend but I'll have a final review next week. Squats were ok. No more trying to use a box. just working on footing still. Not sure how powerlifters go so wide.

That's cool! I have a 84 CJ 7 that my dad, best friend and myself fully restored! Nice big lift, tires, big ol V8. Just a toy really, haven't even had time to drive it yet this year. I have twin boys that just turned 1 a couple mths ago and they pretty much take up all my time now.
