    Warrior Diet by Ori??

i just stummbled across a diet called the Warrior Diet at http://t-mag.com/html/body_67bts.html i was like WOW interesting.. at first.. but ONE huge meal a day??? his info seems legit.. sounds like he knows what hes talking about. but who here (or anybody you know of) actually lives a lean healthy life eating ONE giant meal a day?

During the day you eat nothing except: coffee, glumamine, tea, vegtables

Then at night like 7PM you have: 1-2 pounds of meat, huge salad, then carbohydrates like brown rice, then an hour later eat anything you want.

I was hoping after my cutting diet when im at my desired weight, i could maintain it by using a method like this? Except if its just totally stupid and people have had bad experiences with it. any opinions on the subject? (i most likely wont be doin this, cuz muscle gain seems hard on this)
