    supplements while cutting?

I'm in need of some advice on what to take as supplements while cutting.
I still want to maintain that level of volume, because last time i did a cutting phase i came out compeltely flat... So what could I take in order to avoid that?
I already take the usual protein(whey and egg), bcaa's, multi's, omega 3, green tea extract...
What about l-arginine or aakg? (what's the difference really).
    What about l-carnitine?
I have a pretty low bf%, pretty much like in my profile picture, I just want to increase vascularity and still be able to maintain some pump level.
    cheers.

Looking at your pic, I think what ever your doing now is working just fine...

L-Citrulline I believe helps with vascularity...

Like the above said, what was your carb intake looking like? Have you tried re feeds before. When I was in prep phase for my first show re feeds made a noticeable difference when I was a good ways through my cut. Try using creatine mono and see if that helps at all.

Last time my carb intake was around 80-100 g per day max.i would normally have 30g carbs as breakfast (oats) and then something like 70g rice for lunch, that was it.
I would then have a cheat day but i wouldnt load up with like 500g carbs like i heard someone does.

Supplemental arginine is useless and Carnitine will not aid much at all in losing bodyfat. For increased nitric oxide production look into nitrates, citrulline, and agmatine. Creatine may help you preserve strength on a cut and prevent that flat look your referring to. Check out Allmax Creapure in the bb.com store. It's like $20 for almost a years worth. 2-3g per day shouldn't cause any bloat as long as you stay adequately hydrated.

You pretty much have all the basic supps needed, I would add creatine in for sure to help with strength and it may help keep you a little fuller, but the biggest difference is going to come from your diet not supplements. Change your macros up from last time, sounds like you may not have had enough carbs or fats..or maybe even both.

Personally, when I'm 1 week out from a show I cut all supps. Some can make you retain water.

BCAA's, Multi, Omega 3, green tea- I think all that's fine.

I'd focus on your diet. That's were you'll see the biggest difference in your cut.

Staples when cutting I would use are BCAA XD™, Omega Blue™ (fish oil), Carnitine LCLT™... then once I've hit a plateau after tweaking my diet some more, I'll add a thermogenic - Blade™.

Aside the diet regimen that you'd need to make the "cut" I would be looking into sups that have some of these in: raspberry ketone, carnitine such as Ergogenix ErgoBurn ergoshred (look on the labels), upslabs oxyelite pro complexes with proven natural derived fat burners, having used them in the past and the science behind it. Also I would also look at something like Glycobol that boosts insulin and anabolism and also helps burning fat in the process. Good luck man.

Hey OP, you look good atm but what are your goals?
I am by no means an expert but I have read a lot about supplements so far and HMB looks good when it comes to cutting but still maintaining mass. Since you didnt mention it, i am guessing you also dont take creatine atm? It can help quite a bit by making your muscles look fuller.

Some great ideas to add in to your stack would be

AI Sports Nutrition Recoverpro BCAA's are always beneficial during a cut, as you are in a calorie deficit. Its also great to sip on during your fasted cardio early in the morning

I would also add in some AI Sports Nutrition L Carnitine and as well as AI Sports Nutrition Agmatine for some awesome pumps

Feel free to PM me for samples

The Agmatine will help with the pumps and vascularity (during a cut or not). I like to add a Nutrient Practioner like Glycobol to help maintain fuller muscles / hardness (and better utilization of my carbs)

As for looking flat that will come if you are carb depleted and can be offset by increasing the carbs again to re fill out (even if you are going to cycle, high and low days)

Also I would also look at something like Glycobol that boosts insulin and anabolism and also helps burning fat in the process. Good luck man.
