    Talking Is this good progress?

Started working out seriously about 6 months ago approx.

    Starting: 155 lbs, 6'2.25''
    Current: 186 lbs, 6'2.5''

    Starting Bench 1RM = approx. 130 lbs.
    Current Bench = 225 lbs.

I do not know my starting squat/deadlift and I am only interested in my improvement so I did not include those stats. I am an ectomorph (i think :P) and the mass gained has been pretty lean - I am training for the military so running has been incorporated into my fitness regimen.

Are these improvements relatively good/bad for a 17 year old ectomorph?
    I fear nothing.

Seriously I don't get how you guys get your lifts up so high in such a short period of time...

In 4 months, my bench maybe increased from 120 to 135..

Your doing something wrong then your noob gains should be in full effect.

Edit: good progress OP still should list your other lifts though.
