started out 310 lbs at 6ft
after 1 year i got down to 180 lbs(second pic)
second year at 184 lbs 6,1
started from a bad place.. would still like to think i have made good progress for the time.
the loose skin is very demotivating but I'm just gonna keep on going and maybe one day ill be able to get the skin surgery.
just recently noticed I'm finally bigger then the average guy out in public (or maybe its just in my mind) but either way that's nice to see
edit: also would be nice to where you guys think i should go from here. was thinking of starting my first cut in a long time.

You have lost a lot of fat and it was too fast so it was meant to look like this, but still, if you work hard, like you´ve been doing, you will look great for sure. Also from how you have written, I can say you still feel bad, but don´t dude, this is a path where you should feel great about all the weighloss and embrace it, not just talk about it; is important to take notice of the big change and your body seems like it is still processing it so try to be up! Congrats and do not let yourself down, keep working hard so you can prove yourself you can be better.

honestly dude i just have to say i dont think you have nearly as much fat as you think you have because of that excess skin. you look ****ing good and if that was gone i bet you could see the outline of your abs! i bet youve been cutting for a long time and that does take a toll on you mentally... if your feeling tired of cutting , i would clean bulk (dont go crazy with the calorie intake, and keep it healthy). But if you feel like you can continue to cut then go for it

good job dave man. but im not sure if in ur last pic that is loose skin or excess fat i am looking at?
because 6'1 184 is fairly lean as it is, so if it is excess skin i wouldnt focus on cutting anymore, try to do a lean bulk and put on muscle. this will also lower ur bodyfat % if you do it right.
but honestly where u go next (bulk or cut) is up to you brah. just keep lifting heavy no matter what
