Anyone rec a pre-workout supp (I used to love Jack3d) that you take in the evenings (6-7ish) and doesn't interfere with sleep later on?
Thanks much!

I train at nights as well. I take Volatile around 8:30, hit the gym at 9:00, in bed by 11:30.

You can check out Power Peak its stim free. Or you can go with Muscle Rush which only has 150g of caffeine per scoop.
Other good one is bodyforge.Army Veteran, OEF.

I would have to say Maniac is a great go-to for anyone looking for a lower stim, still fully complete pre-workout, enough to get you good and focused, but nothing that should interfere with sleep or drive you off the walls

Stim free you could opt for Body Octane, hemavol, or Ultima. Body Octane is a solid formula of 3.5 g Citrulline Malate, 1.6 grams Beta Alanine, and 1 g LCLT, so it's a pretty complete overall product with no stims, more than just a pump. Ultima is another solid profile, and hemavol is awesome for pumps.

Inner Armour power peak is a good choice, also bioforge, opus, and muscle rush is pretty low in caffeine I workout in evening at times and have had zero prob with sleep while on it

Been mentioned previously though having used about everything at least once, Maniac was one that I always preferred if I didn't want as much effects after the workout.
I'm one that has a ton of energy to begin with, so having something that gives me a decent pump without making me want to jump out of my skin works well. Follow it up with a good bcaa like recoverpro or something simple if you want a recovery supp to go with it.B.S. Exercise Science

The first few times I was using any pwo substance at all I felt like I could cross polinate with bees knees bro. I don't get crash after taking Maniac, nor the case of 'tingles' in your extremetities, lke you have an itchy finger.. enough pump to last you a while, gets your reps up gets you hyped.
Have heard tons of good stuff about craze, tried cellucor extreme and liked it (likened it to Maniac) and others.
Sidenote: anybody ever tried muscletech's push10 for a preworkout? they claim to be stim-free but have beta-alinineGabber Crew since 2005

I would recommend going with a nonstimulant choice such as Push 10.
