I must say, I don't see why McDonald's isn't considered good for working out. You get copious amounts of protein for an extremely low price. Somebody tell me why not?

I wouldn't rely on Maccy D's for your protein intake - but every now and then can't hurt. If you can, go for one of the chicken choices; more protein and not quite as much fat.
Cut done with - basically unsuccessful first bulk as I did put on a lot of fat to go with the little muscle I added. I know what I did wrong first time round and won't be repeating it. Looking forwards to being able to eat a few hundred more calories!! At least I know I can cut fat efficiently: went from 143lbs to 120lbs and from 35in to 29in waist.

I actually eat McDonald's all the time. If you have Hugh metabolism, I don't see a problem with it. And I consider myself pretty damn lean for the **** I eat haha

keep it in your macros or cheat days and you're fine.... with that being said I still wouldn't eat it every single day. I gotta switch up my fast foods lol

'Healthy' is a bit of a useless word because it depends totally on the context of your diet.
Go to a desert island and try to live on broccoli while I live on Mcdonalds. We both know who's gonna die first.
If you ate mcdonalds for most meals then sure, it wouldn't be healthy. But I could probably have a cheeseburger every day and be perfectly healthy. The problem comes from the extent of moderation. 'Healthy' can be a meaningless word without context.'People are gonna remember me as a god forever...
