Hey guys. Trying to lose weight and stuff and I have about 96 fl a day of water. I don't drink beer or anything else and all I have is water every single day. Maybe I'll have a powerade zero once in awhile buy manly just stick with water and that's all. Is that fine? I mean I have it every single day and don't change it up. I know water is good for you but didn't know if I should change it up or not. I'm fine with just having water but wanted to get your own Opion . Thanks

There's no such thing as too much water bud! Water helps you lose weight and flushes all the bad out of your body keep drinking away.

Yeah, there is actually such thing as too much water. Whatever amount of water it takes to get your sodium too flow. Hyponatremia. Not good. Saw a nationally ranked cross country runner collapse at the Foot Locker Nationals around 1995 or 1996. Hyponatremia was the culprit.
