Only myself and a few others in my gym can bench 225. The misc e-stats, in real life 225 is impressive and rare.
Inb4 my squat is quoted, I've squatted 270 (azz to heels) for reps, just can't update my sig. I know miscers will still think that's pathetic lol, e-stats.

100kg is nothing TBH, if u cant bench 100kg at any weight ur either in the first 3 months of training or your actually not training your just "working out/keeping fit"

just got 225x2 (last Tuesday) after 7 months checking in. Had a little help locking out on the 3rd one so didn't count it. If you cannot do 225 on flat bench after about a year (max) you are doing it wrong. milestone? yes. Rare? hardly for serious lifters.
