Just weighed in...i only weigh like every 2-3 weeks.
Down another 5 lbs. So I have lost about 16lbs in 5-6 weeks.

I just wanted to chime in and say thank you as well. I was able to create much better habits over the past six weeks and they are paying off.
Also, I have a question. Are the calorie counters almost accurate on precore ellipticals? I started running every morning. And for the past week or so it says I'm burning around 400 - 450 calories after 40 minutes of running set at a medium tension.

im doing great at the moment strength is going up but today i think i was beaten up in my sleep the DOMS are so bad haha i walk like ive pooped my self and my biceps are like ive been knocking one off all day

Awful day again yesterday, not sure why, alcohol plus an evening out with the ex and her ex's and all that malarky. Marathon not a sprint eh? Still hoping to drop a pound by Wednesday or at least maintain.

They sure do. The end of a close relationship is the worst. But it brought me on this fitness journey so im grateful. Planning to stay in the single crew for another year possibly more!
I tried to see if I like brocolli and I realized I love it! I wouldn't eat it as a child and the smell always grossed me out but I bought some in a bag and steamed it. It looks like Ill be munching on broccoli and salads whenever I am hungry! See ya hunger on this cut

relationship problems happen....and then you remember that you are young and no need to dwell on it. Time heals all wounds. Don't let that mean time ruin your focus on your goals. Whether or not you have that relationship at a later date, you will always have yourself. Make you the best you can.

my holiday is gonna be good running on the beach in the mornings swimming in the sea and in the pool alot and all inclusive drinks and food and there should be a GYM
so its like a 10x better version of my current life

It get's so annoying. Like One guy knew I was being tight on my money and he offered to pay for me so I could go with them to watch a movie I already saw, then they wanted to go out to eat. And I said I wasn't getting anything, mostly because of my diet but he didn't know. End of story.... It feels awkward when you're just sipping on diet pop when everyone is eating burgers with fries and a milk shake..... One thing that definately is helping this cut is seperating food from recreation. SO many people go out to eat for recreation. Much rather go on a walk or something.
