166.4 this morning...
so i have been eating close to or well over 3000 calories now for about 2 weeks and havent gained or lost any weight.. i'm only 165 lbs lol...
i hope that my metabolism is recovering from the past two years of driving myself into the ground.. btw it's all paleo calories so i don't know if that counts
i'm on the GAIN train starting monday... well hopefullyAug 1 to Nov 1 Goal: Get down to <160 lbs
Start weight: 215lbs
Current Weight: 168 lbs
Goals for 2012/2013:
1.) Bench 150% BW (again)
2.) Squat 200% BW

Does it make a difference if you eat under your caloric amount or burn it off on the treadmill?
I am supposed to eat about 2000 calories a day...Im eating like 1500, but im going to the gym and burning anywhere between 500-800. Am I in starvation mode? As I previously stated, the scale isnt budging but my body is changing.

Also woke up a little heavier after a high carb 900 calorie excursion last night, so not too concerned but damn I was hungry.
I'm starting to see more veins in thighs, and seem to be losing the most fat from my upper thighs right now. Almost nothing from anywhere else though. Still got a long way to go.
