Lol the funny thing is, I go hunting for the rare, beautiful fish and the only thing that bites my bait are whales. I have never been with a girl who was universally qualified as good looking... im hoping it is because I am not in shape. If I cut down to x<10% body fat and still getting whales and no exotic fish...im going to just drown in the ocean

PS : AWFUL day yesterday, talking 6,000 calories... felt like I needed it though, renewed vigour to not do it again and really, 2 days and that'll be gone.

177.0 today and although not an official weigh in day once that sticks it'll make 140 lbs lost since I started back in late February 2012. Keep moving forward

166.4 this morning...

so i have been eating close to or well over 3000 calories now for about 2 weeks and havent gained or lost any weight.. i'm only 165 lbs lol...

i hope that my metabolism is recovering from the past two years of driving myself into the ground.. btw it's all paleo calories so i don't know if that counts

i'm on the GAIN train starting monday... well hopefully

One stone = 14 lbs... Ten stone = 140 lbs... 10.72 stone = (14lbs x 10.72) 150.8

I am supposed to eat about 2000 calories a day...Im eating like 1500, but im going to the gym and burning anywhere between 500-800. Am I in starvation mode? As I previously stated, the scale isnt budging but my body is changing.

Concentrate on food intake.

You are not burning that many calories in the gym.
Period.

Exercise & cardio should be considered a bonus to your deficit.

Starvation mode doesn't exist.

Nope... from a body composition standpoint, it makes no difference at all.

Starvation mode doesn't exist... if you aren't losing weight, you're simply eating too much.

Also woke up a little heavier after a high carb 900 calorie excursion last night, so not too concerned but damn I was hungry.

I'm starting to see more veins in thighs, and seem to be losing the most fat from my upper thighs right now. Almost nothing from anywhere else though. Still got a long way to go.

Not as long as it used to.
only 33 people so far.
17 less than last week.
9 less from 3 weeks ago.

But, people sometimes don't check in every week & some people can't check in until the weekend.
