I've heard this from fitnessman before so I think you're right, but I don't do keto so I haven't tried.
I've also heard that glutamine can bring you outta ketosis but I'm not sure about that. When I'm cutting I'll usually down about 15g of glutamine before my cardio on empty stomach, seems to work pretty well at retaining muscle. Afterwards I'll usually just drink a few glasses of skim, but you'll prolly hear alotta mouth about that since the carbs and protein are slow absorbing, but it works well for me..
I think creatine will be fine, you just need the simple carbs transport w/it.
