Just for some quick background about workout plan. I have been taking Muscle-tech's Cell tech for about 6 weeks now. I am taking one phase8 protein shake a day, two multi's, fish oil, bcaas, and glut. I'm eating fairly clean also, fruit, veggies, fish, chicken breasts, gallon of water a day etc. I also just started the German Volume Training program last week.
I will gladly stay with cell tech as I have seen great results thus far. However I am curious if anyone else has a better post-workout Creatine recommendation for me.
I have about 2-3 days left of this bottle and Its time to buy, so any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

OK, well I have been counting macros somewhat.... Honestly i am usually within about 300 calories of my macros, I always hit my protein intake of about 180-200grams. and fat about 80-90g. The carbs are up and down however. I haven't been weighing every thing out however, usually just the raw meats. I haven't gotten quite that serious yet. I know I should, I just haven't.

nutrient dense food = clean
nutrient devoid food/food with harmful compounds = dirty.
you see son, clean doesn't really mean that the food doesn't have dirt on it. CCean means it is good for you body and your health. The nutrients in these food promote overall health and support vital organ functions within the body, that way when you grow up you can live a happy long life and grow old enough to piss on the graves of the tards that ate dirty foods (foods with harmful compounds/lack of nutreints) because they got sick and died....................................but at least they hit there macros.
