hey guys i really need your help i started hitting the gym 3 weeks ago and here how every things goes :
i am 6 inch = 183cm
76kg = 176.2 lbs
body fat about 17% i guess Im not sure
my workout is 1 musule per day chest alone , arm alone , back alone ... etc , and i do 20 mins 3 days a week and stomach work outs 3 day a week too
and that how i eat ;
first thing in the morning : animal cut ( 6:30 am )
then breakfast 7:00 maybe 2 whole eggs and 2 egg white and some oatmeal with chocolate cornflax on them
then another meal on 10:30 am maybe some bread with chicken breasts
then on 12:00 am also some chicken breasts with bread
then on 3:30 another animal cuts
then my pre-workout meal on 4 pm some rice with 3 cups or light yogurt and some red meat or half a chicken
then i take l-glutamine 5gm and 5 pills of amino max 8000 on 5:30
6:00 workout
7:45 another 5 amino max pills
8:15 my post workout meal 2 oil tuna cans and some pasta or bread or rice or any carbs
10m another oatmeal and chocolate cornflax on them
12;00 am another 5gms of l-glutamine and go sleep
now please tell me all the wrong things i do and how to change them i know i kinda miss everything up , i wanna now to start seeing my abs and removign my belly fat . thank you
