my ex's family owns lumber companies in china. straight ballin. in hong kong they have a huge house (people in hk don't live in houses...only rich and powerful) had maids and cooks and everything.

overheard a convo her dad was having and there is not typical earnings per month but at the time I heard the convo he was making 4.3 million usd a month. obviously not all straight profit

Richest person I know myself personally: My uncle was maybe earning close to £700k a year at one point in his career.

Richest person I am acquainted with/have known: Family friend of mine when I was growing up was a gardener and good acquaintance for one of the richest couples in the state of Virginia. Two of the most powerful lawyers in the east coast got married and I met them and swam in their pool and fished bass in their private ponds. About 20 staff around, just driving round on little golf carts and doing jobs. They had a huge conference/ball room. A japanese smart toilet and loads of other crazy sh*t. It was pretty amazing to visit. But they had to be sitting on a fortune of at least $25 million.

I know a mexican kid whos family owns a chain of retail stores and other businesses linked to it.

His family, according to forbes is worth 16 billion USD, divided between 5 brothers (he is the son of one of them). So i can assume his core family is worth atleast 3 Billion USD. Baller as fuk but they claim they arent worth near as much.
