    Knee Injury Question

Hey guys so heres the story

I had a bit of a patellar dislocation December 4th, streched out my MCL a bit. Did rehab physio twice a week until end of february (ran out of money on dat dere student budget). Things were feeling great I can do squats and deadlifts not problem no pain.

Had first rugby practice back on wednesday just some touch-rugby to light running a bit of sprinting. Now the next day i have some tenderness below my kneecap and I decided not to do front squats yesterday because of a bit of pain during my first set. Switched to deads and it was fine, leg press fine too.

But i'm worried about this is the pain natural simply because I haven't ran at all since december? I really don't have money to be blowing $50 twice a week on more phyiso

    Thoughts?

My knee injury from HS still haunts me to this day. Sometimes they can't be fixed, this isn't something you want to hear, but icing it won't hurt anything. Take it slow, and as soon as you feel something different, take some time off.
