help finding a good fishoil

Im a brit and im wanting some fishoil for joint health (have a wrist problem want to see if it will help)

From what I have read though you need to take 5g of fish oils (What one I cant remember) and well most brands seem rather exspensive to do that

Im not sure which of these "Alpha Linolenic Acid,Linoleic Acid,Oleic Aci " actually are used for joints


Any help guys ?

You should be aiming for 2-3g of total EPA/DHA a day. This is not the same as total fish oils. The product should list how much EPA/DHA per serving it has.
