Nothing will directly target belly fat..... for some people its first to go, for some its the last to go. Checkout Burn24 and ErgoShred (which is BOGO currently).
Regardless of what fatburner you choose, add on some Ergobolic to aid in the cortisol reduction aspect of fat loss.

I love me some ergo shred, but lowering overall BF % will be your best bet...something like alpha yohimbine or e/c, or the two stacked, would be a good option as well

No such thing as spot reduction but I've found adding some Yohimbine HCl helps with that belly jelly.

Lipo Suction is the optimal route to take to achieve your goals.

Other than that, you can take Gaspari Detonate or IForce Dexaprine. Both awesome products. On top of either one of those, sprinkle lots of caloric deficit and fartlek runs, you will minimize that belly fat. Like one of the above guys said, for some it is the first to go during a weight loss, while for others, it is the last to go. Personally for me, it's the last to go. It sucks but you have to work with what you have.
LOL at these ****gs with no forearms, calves, and neck (not traps, but neck, two distinct muscles).

Sorry brother but I'm old school and believe in keeping symmetry. Spot reduction would throw everything off balance.

PS - Im interested in these studies if possible please provide a link, thx.

Topical lipolytic agents are primarily used for the smaller/isolated areas, and in terms of individuals who already practice good diet & exercise habits.... symmetry would not be at risk.

Bump to bring this supplement to the mainstream, topical lipolytic agents. I thought this was BS at first, until No Hype posted promising studies on the application of this. This could be useful for those folks trying to get shredded.

I read the studies and they're very interesting. But what if you don't have cellulites? I've got stubborn spots but there are no cellulite appearances. Would these topical agents still benefit me?

In my own defense, I've never resorted to using any of these topicals.... I just wanted to throw a little data out there. Nonetheless, the literature would seem to indicate that the use of neoprene wraps may assist in transdermal-delivery to the target area.

LOL. A little defensive there. JK.

You think these topical agents would work on stubborn spots that are without obvious cellulites? I'm asking because you seem to a be a subject matter expert on topical lipolytic agents.

    Hey there,
You should only consider a fat burner when your weight loss has slowed after several weeks of dieting. But once that happens I would go with what I'm currently on D4 thermal Shock from Cellucor.
