Final Post:
Wound up at 215lbs after a little over 3 weeks **(5% Bodyfat Loss)
This is great as I continued to lose after tearing my calf on 1-1-06 and have been unable to do any cardio or lift my regular 5-6 days/week
This stuff gets an A+ for sure. Anything that can get me through the holidays and help me lose 7lbs in 3 weeks is awesome
Without jitters either
I'll post a picture as soon as I can get one taken
good morning 6 pack now, legs are shredded
this helped stop the weekend 'chow down' I'd have normally had while injured
Like all thermogenic, It ain't gonna help by itself. I've got a prtetty good diet and some decent willpower too
I normally lift 5-6 days/ wk with 10-20- minutes of cardio
I wish I hadn't injured myself so I could've really seen what this would do when back to work last week.
Overall, a little expensive, but It blows away stuff like Scorch and others.
I'd actually buy this one again.
Next day:
213lbs, so total lost 9lbs in a little under 4 weeks

A very nice ending...
Stats as of December 5, 2005:
5’10”
194.5 lbs
17.8% body fat
159.879 lean body mass
34.621 lbs of body fat
Stats as of December 20, 2005:
5’10”
190 lbs
14.7 % body fat
162.07 lean body mass
27.93 lbs of body fat
Final Numbers:
- 6.691 lbs of fat
+ 2.191 lean body mass
-3.1% body fat percentage
So those are my numbers and you can see that they speak for themselves. I’ve been on a CKD diet since November 28th and it’s the same diet I continued through this Test Log. My first week of working out was weak and the last two weeks, I’ve picked up the intensity, mostly thanks to Thermoloid. I’ve been very busy at work and by the time I get home it’s late, but since I took my second dosage of Thermoloid, I always had a phenomenal amount of energy to go to the gym.
Overall recommendations:
-increased energy
-steady stream of energy
-increased focus
-no jitters
-no increased heartbeat
-body temp rise noticeable with the second dose only for me
-fat loss
The only problem I’ve been having as of late has been an issue of sleep. I can’t seem to go to bed and get enough sleep. I’m thinking that this was in part to Thermoloid’s second dosage. I will see if I can get normal sleep now that I’m off the Thermoloid or if it’s some other underlying issue. I think towards the end of this log, my body has gotten use to the Thermoloid a bit and I wasn’t noticing the same intensity as when I first started. I would definitely recommend cycling this supplement, possibly 1 month on, 1 month off.
I have before and after pictures and you guys can see for yourself the results. When I look at the pictures, for some reason I don’t see any difference really, but I guess I’m my own worst critic. The numbers are very hard to pass up. I have the pictures uploaded to my laptop, but I have to finish cropping them, so all can be seen in one image. I’ll do that later on today.

Thermoloid-My Final Analysis-Before and After Pics
Thanks again to Goliath Labs for choosing me as a tester. This is indeed a great product.
Pros:
Great energy, no jitters, good mood, no crashing, great appetite suppressant. Got really good workouts.
Cons:
Non really, it made me hungry after it wore off and during the first few days of the testing my stomach talked to me a little but that's about it.
Total Weight Lose While Using The Product.
After eight days I lose 9lbs, at day eleven I lost another 2lbs bringing my total weight lose to 11 in as many days. But after I got sick and my Thermoloid ran out I gained 3 of those pounds back.
I check my weight at the same time (Sunday 8:00am before workout on an empty stomach) except for the last weighing (8:30pm) I don't know how much this made a difference.
I can tell a difference in my legs and mid section. I wear a size 40 pants which now is a little loose where before they were a little tight.
Eating habbit
I ate at the same time everyday eating five meals a day. (only exception was on Saturdays and Sundays)
7:00am
10:00am
1:00pm
4:00pm
7:00pm
My training was exactly the same before I started using Thermoloid so I know it was more than just my diet and cardio. And I wasn't losing nearly as much weight as I did before the Thermo.
If I had to rate Thermo to other products that I've taken, I could honestly compare it to ECA. I don't want compare it to the other supplements I've taken because I don't want to offend anyone. But it most definitely deserves to be at the top with the best.
I will say that I'll be buying more and stacking it with MP to see what type of results I'll get.
Outstanding job with this one Goliath Lab, you have a hit.
Once again the jeans that I'm wearing in the pics are a size 38 in the pics, I actually wear a size 40 (and they are a little tight). So I decide to take pics in these jeans because my goal is to be able to fit them. I really do wish it was a 30 day test because I was really making good strides with the product. But like I said, I'll be buying more for sure.
