    Any suggestions on joint supplementing?

Over the years I've injured my ankle, wrist, back, and a while back my knees began aching. I will say that the calcium pills have helped with my knees a great deal. Now I've done some research, and found GLC 2000. From the reviews I've read, they seem to have been a great help. Now I know that supplements aren't going to magically heal the minor pain I have from these injuries, but I'm curious if anyone has been taking any joint supplements that's been a great help to their every day life? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Fish oil above anything IMO should be added first, if that won't do it for you I would look into either bulk cissus ~2-3g a day or OsteoSport.

You can check the old logs and the ones that are current, within the first week most report alleviation of the pain that has been bother them.

    GLC 2000!

I've tries cissus and AllFlex and this stuff is by far the best out there! It's a little pricey, but well worth it. I've had 3 shoulder surgeries and my shoulder has never felt better!

This, 3g of cissus is great for joint pain and inflammation.

Cissus XT is capped and inexpensive. Combined with fish oil and a multi like OT, even better.

I love both orange triad and animal flex. I guess if its actually just for the inflammation/pain go with animal flex, but if its just an everyday joint supplement go with orange triad. cant go wrong with both though.

2grams l proline 3 days a week empty stomach before bed
    3grams l lysine (same as l pro.)
500mg of vit c 6 times a day(same also but star that morning and take your last dose with the pro. and lys before bed)
    or you could also try
    1-3mgs bromelain per day
1-2 tbsp flax seed oil (only the liquid refrigerated kind nothing else) per day
and 5grams of methylsulfonylmethane per day
either stack will help lubricate your joints reduce inflammation and help to repair you connective tissues allowing you much eaier use of you joints
