I have a coach I'm eating very clean and strict and workout both weights and cardio 6 days a week. I'm 5'4 and 135 lbs and I just had a baby almost 4 months ago. Do you think I'll be ready

You're the same girl that posted in the fitness section. I already explained the eating very clean means nothing in here:

We have no idea how many calories you eat, no idea how long you've been comp dieting, no idea how much you've lost since comp dieting, no idea about your training program, etc...You're working with a coach, so why are you asking here? Talk to your coach, that's what you pay them for.Last edited by kimm4; 02-08-2013 at 05:33 PM.

Im sure you can be, but the question I wonder is, what are you expecting from the show?
Are you just trying to get your feet wet with this show, or are you trying to take home the trophy?
If its the latter, time to really buckle down and do work.
Good luck.3 Year transformation: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143999931

I'm a mom, long time competive bb for over 10 yrs and a contest prep coach. I'm not sure how long you've been on your contest diet, but I see you've been at the same weight since the beginning of Jan. Based on your stats and coming in stage ready (meanining conditioning being on point) plan on coming in around 115 lbs.

I don't compete but i have had children.
3 1/2- 4 months should be plenty of time to prepare. Like has already been said, "eating clean" has nothing to do with anything. You still have fat to lose, and you can absolutely lose it as long as you consistently stay in a caloric deficit. And the only way to do that is to figure out your target calories/macros and log every morsel so you know you're on track.
Dont second guess your coach. You should have complete faith in her to take you to the finish line. And if you don't,'fire her and find someone you do.
Good luck!Sheriff John Brown always hated me
