    i need your advice

    I used to do my chest once a week. As I wasn't very happy with my chest gains I decided to train it twice a week. Now I feel like I can do chest once a week again but my arms (triceps, shoulders and biceps) are a bit lagging. Can anyone suggest how I can set up my program to a three day split with biceps, triceps and shoulders twice a week? My legs and back are growing pretty good.
    I'd like to learn maths.
