I'm 28, body fat 17%, 5'8. I was wondering if you guys think this diet plan is good for someone like me who's trying to gain muscle and reduce body fat!! Thank you for looking into it !!!

LUNCH: 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL, 1 CUP CHOPPED BROCCOLI, 6OZ BEEF , 3 OZ BROWN RICE
