Hello there.
Some fast facts. When I started working out, I was about 145lbs.
Unfortunatly I do not have any pictures from before I started working out, but I was ridiculously skinny, given I was still 6'2.
After 1 year (I haven't really taken pictures from when I started, so you will have to make do with some random shots):
After 2 years (The picture is not really showing my true size - as I have the bone structre of a small girl so I look tiny from the front. I'm actually about 190 in this picture)
I had lean bulked up until this point, and thought I had gotten pretty good results. I did go up like 45lbs. It wasn't until I started lurking in here that I realized that it wasn't really that impressive. So I started bulking. Now I have been bulking for a good 7 months, and am weighing in at 207. My goal is to hit 220 within the forseeable forture.
Me now:
This is taken cold, in the mirror in my bathroom.
This is taken after a shoulder/arm workout in the gym mirror.
And this is just an awful back picture. Taking a picture of your back is hard when you always work out alone.
