I am on a meal plan for college but my classes start relatively early in the morning so I might have to end up eating breakfast at time. Today I had peanut butter and almonds for breakfast along with skim milk, not the most complete breakfast.
Wanna get an idea here, what do you guys usually have for breakfast?

Well as a kid I was always told breakfast is the most important meal of the day but these days I am having less and less of a chance to eat a complete breakfast. Might actually end up buying some cereals and relying on those to feed me for the mornings. My heaviest meals tend to be lunch and dinner, most of the times lunch.
high posts and rep power, I assume you probably know what you are talking about (not too familiar with the rep power thing though since I am new here)

I eat my first full meal traditional breakfast at work, after I have hit the gym. This is a typical sit down breakfast for me 5 days a week.
^^ Egg beaters with French fries. If I have the extra minute, I will crack the eggs instead of using the processed egg beaters. That amount of fries are what is generated from one whole baking potato.

Yes I know I am fat and weak. I'm working on it.
I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

2 whole egg
1 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal with banana/apple
1 cup of coffee
Most of the time it looks like thisNY Rangers - NY Giants - NY Knicks - NY Yankees

Usually have a carton of egg whites scrambled with cheese melted on them on top of toast, or a cup of lean ground beef with a carton of egg whites with cheese melted on it. They take literally 5 min to make so I have a hard time believing people don't have time in the morning to eat a proper breakfast. If I'm using beef I cook a pound on Sunday night and keep it in the fridge. Put I will also make a dozen or so breakfast wraps (Beef or Pork. scrambled eggs, peppers, cheese, mushrooms, whatever you want) and then freeze them. Take one out the night before and put it in the fridge, it is defrosted by morning, throw it in the microwave for 2 mins and bam, you have a hot, healthly, nutritious breakfast. I have no idea how some of you don't eat first thing in the morning. When I wake up I am so hungry my body feels like it's devouring itself.
