    looking for test booster

    hi, i am 20 years old and 5"9 168 pounds. i mainly want to build lean muscle mass but i have a few pounds of extra fat that i would like to lose as well.(maybe 5-8 pounds). i have only used creatine in the past and i was wondering if a test booster would help me gain that lean muscle and maybe shred a few pounds. i don't want to get gynecomastia from taking anything. but i was looking at the EXT Sports REAL TEST product from gnc..what do you think?

    Buying good creatine,pwo will give you much more results than a testboosters.

    If you want good and faster gains ,change your diet and workout routine. Testbooster would not give you that you are looking for.. no matter what king testbooster you are using..

    At 20 years old, a test booster isn't really going to do anything for you. Your test levels should already be pretty darned high.

    i would say youre a bit young for boosters at this point. just because you still have a lot in your system and it can kinda mess you up a bit if you get anything to strong. stay away from any PH's for sure.

    i know i rep for them but formutech Gft21 was actually surprisingly good. you dont have to worry about gyno cuz it doesnt arom. and its natty.
    saw some gains. like 6lbs in about 6 weeks. kept all the strength and weight.

    5'9 168lbs....I would say to just keep eating and eat clean as possible. Alot of info in the "workout" section on this site to provide you with the proper program to increase your muscle mass (ex: hypertrophy training)

    Well said.. and if you think your diet is lacking, which at 20 is very possible and 100% understandable.. pick up some R-ala or NA-Rala to offset some fat gain, and make burning fat easier.
