    Tips for losing lower back fat ?! :)

    Ok ppl first som background A few moths ago i decided to try a lose my lovehandles and eventually build muscle.
    I started at 200lbs and went to 135lbs 14% BF in two months, i did this by eating at quite a big defecit a under 100 carbs with an hour cardio everyday....... But i still have love hadles (All my remaining fat is on my lower back and am now planning to bulk until April 2013 to build muscle and then cut through may.

    Ok so i know you cant spot reduce the fat, but is there anything i can do to help it along a little bit extra??? during my cutting period, i also dont want to lose the muscle that i would have hopefully built.

    I was thinking 250 defecit, 150 carbs, Some weight training, and 45 mins cardio everyday.
    Any tips??? Thankyou people

    if your stats are correct i wouldn't worry about it but instead start building some lean mass.

    Your question is this: I have love handles and lower back fat. I know you cannot spot reduce fat, however, how can I go about spot reducing fat around my lower back?

    Having said that, a waist trimmer belt may help. Either way, continue with a net calorie deficit, whether through eating or exercise, and it will go away.

    do some hyperextensions it will build the mussle of ur back and give u the illusion of having a less fat because the fat is stretched in all the right places pce
