I'm bulking and it's suggest to drink a class of milk with every meal basically,yeah ok it's got a lot of carbs but every carb is a sugary carb ? So doesn't that mean its going to insulin spike and give me a gut from all the sugar ? Some explain -_-

Once you are past the age of suckling from your mothers teet milk not only does not build strong bones but has been known to cause osteoporosis in later life. I'm not saying don't drink milk, it's often the easiest way to get calcium ( bones need calcium derr. )
It's not mandatory or anything, when I make my whey I put water in it and blend with ice or I put milk and peanut butter in it and blend with ice. Both taste good ( peanut butter and water is nasty. )
