Cant get motivated to start lifting again

What's up tmisc?

Quit lifting a few months back because I started a push/pull/legs and the volume was to much for me and completely put me off lifting.

I want to start lifting again but there's a few problems

1. Can't join a gym as I don't have a job and any money I get goes straight to phone bills and petrol so I can go out. If I did join a gym I wouldn't be able to afford the petrol to go every 2 days or so (it's a 20 min drive to the nearest town and a 35 min drive to even a small gym)

2. Parents don't buy good enough food to eat properly they only buy meals for dinner and such and i'm not allowed to touch it (dafuq)

Should I just try and stock up on a chit ton of cheap bulking foods and just make do with an Ez bar, lat pulldown, bench, leg extensions and some random weights I have laying around? It's hard to get motivated knowing I can't eat as much as I would like to brahs..

honestly, all being motivated is about is pulling your head out of your ass and doing it because you want to.

Videos and what not helps, but isn't permanent.

What does is you gotta ask yourself a question.... one single question.

Bodybuilding isn't cut out for everyone.

But remember nothing that we truly desire in life comes easy. You have to work your butt off and keep trying to you accomplish it.

Finished school. Can't get a job because nowhere near me is hiring and they see I have no experience and live far away.

Keep searching.
Look for entry level jobs for a few months - lots of retailers are hiring for the holidays.

Since your not in school, take that time to learn something that might help you get a job. Youtube and google is amazing.

They're monthly bills so it doesn't matter how much or little I use them. One is around $85 a month and the other is like $60 a month. Was supposed to have someone else paying the lesser one but they skipped out.

Well there's no real complicated answer. Increase your income or decrease your spending.

I'm assuming you're a UK guy Idk about there, but its tough here. I know some smart people who looked for a job for months. I've been looking for most of this year for a career change myself. I've only sent my resume out 10 times or less.

Nope i'm an aussie. Yeah things are pretty dire here to. Will probably end up at uni so I can set up a future

Bro. You have more equipment than I do. I don't have a gym membership. I've got a bench, a tricep bar a pair of dumbell bars and some old rusty plates someone donated to me. If anything, it motivates me to lift harder knowing that I don't have the same equipment as others do. I deadlift close grip with a tricep bar and IDGAF

It's like a rectangle with two vertical bars inside it. I think people use them for skull crushers.

You might as well give up on lifting. You can't even motivate yourself. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to get it no matter what it takes. You have a poor excuse, you can't get enough food in, not enough money. Bull f*cking ****, go get a job, work your ass off, pay for food, gym and other essentials. Oh and to your cant get a good job cs no experiance
My first job I was paid £60 a week for 40 hours a week(did that for 6 months) 'job training' as I had no job experiance
Now I get paid £1000 a month as an apprentice and they pay for me to go to college(different job thank fwark)
man the phuk up people who say they cant get a job are lazy as hell

1. Get a job. Apply for as many places as you can and keep showing signs that you are interested in working there by coming in and checking if the looked at your application or calling them.
2. Buy your own food or convince your parents you need to eat more often.
