When, in reality, you should do only what you love. Yeah, more money would be nice, but I'd rather major in Exercise Science and do exactly what I do now: lift and enjoy life.

I LOL at all that *******s that get so stressed out about grades and *******s that go into all these "high-paying" fields doing something they absolutely hate.

I cut out EVERY SINGLE THING that doesn't support my goals and ambitions, whether it be school, a job, friends, family, or anything, really.

But I'm not going, because I just got offered a much better paying job in an unrelated field that won't cost me 4 more years along with 4 more years tuition. People always say money isn't everything, but wait until your are in that situation

good luck mate. nothing wrong with following a dream or what you like, but it comes down to how "crazy" it is. wanting to be a gym owner is different from people who want to make a living through putting pics on instagram

Brah, before a knee injury that made me miss class and fail ALL my classes senior year, I had a full-ride scholarship to Princeton, pending me keeping my GPA above a 3.0 (srs).

Fuarking knee injuries fuarked my academic and athletic career up...happy I had them though (srs).

Its funny, I've seen a lot of businesses go under that people start in which they are selling items that they are passionate about. Example: There was this Filipino Food store in my city that this guy and his wife started. They only lasted a year before going out of business, sure they were doing what they loved....but there wasn't a market or high demand for the products in their store. You can't just sell stuff you think is awesome, you have to know that what your selling is something people will likely buy. Now they are worse off than when they started.

Moral of the story is, sometimes you have to throw your passion and beliefs to the side in order to be successful.

brb get out of university with an economics degree and instantly earn 50k a year. yeah, plenty of employers are looking forward to paying someone with 0 experience 50k as a starting salary.
