I'm curious, what is the normal range of dumb bell weights at gyms these days? At my gym they go up to 125 lbs, which I suspect is above average.
Just knowing there are heavier weights, even if I can't use them yet for certain lifts, inspires me to lift harder and seeing gyms that only have dumb bells that go to 80 lbs is a disappointment. Does anyone else feel the same way?

You're still a Cubs fan. Your pitching it garbage. You did wrong bro. Don't be mad. You'll be a "good" team for like 5 years but never a real threat.

100 lbs where I live but where I'm at now (visiting family), the clubhouse gym is only up to 30 lbs lol. Looks like I'm doing cardio all week.
