Ok when I workout it seems that I lose energy to quick not allowing me to do max amount of reps that I want on exercises and it seems to be happening not even half way thru the workouts. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I've tried preworkouts but they don't phase me at all. I know different preworkouts work for different people but that would cost alot of money trying to figure out which one works for me. Thanks to any that could help.

It would be helpful if you gave us more info, such as how much sleep you get a night, your activity level during the day, how much and what type of foods you eat throughout the day and before your workout. Also, any caffeine intake you have since you say pre-workout powders don't phase you at all.

it could be that you are stationed at hill
what preworkouts are you talking about, energy levels are subjective, so dont like cracked out, others like small bursts, some long longer endurance based energy
could be diet, could be sleep, could be something underlying.
could be your preworkout, try switching them up.

Well, it is natural to be weaker as your workout goes along. It may be that you just need 4 days off in a row or so from lifting to give your CNS a rest if it's a feeling of "running into a brick wall."

It could be something as simple as being dehydrated, make sure to drink ample amount of water when working out.

Ive tried countless combinations of preworkouts, cafeine, energy pills, "weight loss" pills and other ****. What has worked for me for the past year is Jack3d and Lipo6. 4 pills of Lipo6X during the day (taking one, 1 hour before the workout) and two scoops of Jack3d a minute before I start my warmup on the treadmill. I can definitely feel a difference when I cycle off of it. By the time im done with my first 3 sets im already tired and lack focus for the rest of the workout. Compared to when Im on it, 2 hours goes by in a blink of an eye and I could keep going for two more. Helping a Utah brah out.

Well with guard mount I assume you are on duty about 14 ish hours, mids is rough, do you try to keep a schedule on weekends or revert back and stay up friday morning all the way and switch back?
when I was flight line I was on mids for a yr and it jacked me up, no amount of diet and stims could fix that

well even though you said you've tried pwo's, i still would highly recommend you try AAEFX'S KOTIC. i know what you mean by some pwo's not phasing you, i've had that happen to me as well. but i've actually been using this product for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. i wouldnt trade it for any other out there. best of all is i still only use the one scoop dosage. never have i needed more than that. also, theres no crash afterwards like some other products. so i say you give this pwo a chance cause i'm sure you'll like it.

I have been using Jak3d with great results. After sitting on my butt for 9 hours a day and starring at the screen, its hard to find motivation to even go to the gym, and have a good workout. I also tried REDLINE drink, and that was a bit too much for me, could not fall asleep. Its only few $$ for 2 servings, give it a try.
