    Gaspari Detonate review

Not a strong post count brah, weighing in here(literally and figuratively) I will preface this by saying I DON'T take any meds or don't have any problems with depression or anxiety..

I was reluctant to do a review or summary because there is an endless sea of them, but I'm amazed by this product

Most Thermo's will give me huge doses of anxiety(sometimes good & bad) in addition to major crashing and just an all around mental punishment that often has me struggling to want to finish the bottle and even leaving the last 10 or so.

I had run cellucor 2X in total with the 1st time being decent but with high anxiety with decent payoff, after a few months I ran it again and hated it high anxiety with 0 payoff it didn't work.

Fast forward to the beginning of this month I ordered the Detonate and can say its the CLEANEST non crashing mood enhancing Thermo I have ever taken BAR NONE!! Matter of fact I feel borderline Euphoric and super motivated taking this stuff. Without the empty feeling crashing half way through the day. I switched to keto 2 months ago and coupled that with leangains approach beginning of this month so I found this supplement to be a great COMPLIMENT.

I am down from 210 Mid/ end of August and at 195 currently just last week started doing light cardio since Keto was a huge change in philosophy so I didn't want to skew results..

My goals are 185llb cut by Mid/end Nov and then start clean bulk for Dec-Mar and Cut all over again for spring and summer.

The long and the short half of it is I love this stuff nothing to knock about it and have tracked an approx 5lb drop with it so far. Again I am combining a few things but I have no doubt it's been effective.. Hope this helps

MMM...interesting. Good review. BTW...post count doesn't mean sh*t! At least you had the balls to not be deterred from posting your thoughts.

Anyway, I haven't heard much about Detonate. Although Gaspari usually makes good stuff. BTW...good job on your progress and keep it up good sir. Your goal is within reach.

Lastly, not to be an ass, but this is a product review so put it in the product review thread. This thread is for supplement logs. Just a friendly fyi and heads up.

    Cheers!

    Review/Log

    Thanks Sean,

Yes I did this at 5am using the BB.com app so navigating around and placing stuff is challenging for me.

I am going to make this sort of a mid usage log and prequel review lol!

So one thing I did fail to mention was yesterday I started with a small bout of helacious acid reflux. I a sort of prone to it and will occasionally run a 14 day Prilosec cycle to quell it for a while.

I fast 7pm-11am every day doing Keto and carb up friday. i do work out fasted at 5:30-6am. My supps are in my signature line

    Worked Bi's and Tri's today

This is a great review. One of the main things our R&D team wanted to accomplish when formulating Detonate was for the user to experience sustained energy and mood enhancement without the fear of crashing later on. Thanks for the feedback and congrats on the weight loss thus far.

    Still feeling great,

Yesterday was an intense super set day. Chest and back.. Ending with a circuit, dry heaving and over exertion is the pain that makes you grow mentally and physically....

Today is strictly rest, left shoulder is barking at me.. I'll resume Monday

Great work so far. I was very fortunate to have received a bottle of detonate when it first came out. It's great product. For me personally the appetite surpressant worked really well.
