    Need Help on gaining Weight!!!!!!!!

    I am currently 18 years old and have been training properly for 6 months now (had been training for a year before but not properly). I currently weigh 11 and a half stone but desperately want to gain weight. I eat 1 100gram bag of pasta a day and 4 chicken legs through the day. I eat roughly 3 jacket potatoes also and do this every 2-3 hours depending on school timing. I train 5 times a week splitting body areas throughout the week e.g. Chest and Tries Biceps and Shoulders etc. I usually train by doing a light a medium and a heavy set for each body area I used to take Boditronics Mass attack and got through 3 tubs without gaining anything so i changed to pharma freaks mass freak which is giving me a slight gain but nothing worth mentioning. I have a very fast metabolism and i don't know how to change this so i desperatley need help.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Protein - Muscle growth/recovery // Carbohydrates - Energy which are bodys run off. This isn't going to to anything to your weight gaining, eat 300-500 calories above maintenance and you will see a massive difference.

    I bypass over 4000 calories easily a day so would more protein help

    Mate if your lifting is regular and good form, then all you have to do is up your carbs and protein intake aka eat more !

    How much more would you say i would need to eat more and is the stuff i am eating at the moment alright

    3000 calories over maintenance will result in 1lb of extra weight.

    So work out a plan that you are eating 3000 calories over maintenance however fast you want to Gain weight.

    Weight: 128/135/180
    Bench: 45/100/185 (5 reps)
    Deadlift: 0/135/225 (These are my normal working sets with 8 reps)
    Rows: 30/65/95 (sets of 8)

    its really that simple. youre not eating enough. find your tdee. add 300-500 calories on it.
