I am currently 18 years old and have been training properly for 6 months now (had been training for a year before but not properly). I currently weigh 11 and a half stone but desperately want to gain weight. I eat 1 100gram bag of pasta a day and 4 chicken legs through the day. I eat roughly 3 jacket potatoes also and do this every 2-3 hours depending on school timing. I train 5 times a week splitting body areas throughout the week e.g. Chest and Tries Biceps and Shoulders etc. I usually train by doing a light a medium and a heavy set for each body area I used to take Boditronics Mass attack and got through 3 tubs without gaining anything so i changed to pharma freaks mass freak which is giving me a slight gain but nothing worth mentioning. I have a very fast metabolism and i don't know how to change this so i desperatley need help.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
