I make sure to not eat anything I enjoy during my cut, to make it as difficult on myself as possible, that way I end up binging due to craving overload.

yep. 2 slices in the morning. Unless your having it as pre or post training meal make sure its wholemeal, preferably a grain wholemeal. Look on the packet for the percentage of wholemeal flour in it, you want at least 60 percent wholemeal flour, or just ask your baker what percentage wholemeal it is. Nothing beats eggs on toast!

Sometimes but it's dense in calories so I'd rather use something lower in cals that I can have more of.

I avoid bread/wheat and feel healthier because of it. Doing well with my lifting too. A sight I enjoy about eating wheat free for health information and recipes is Wheatbelly. Saw a post the other day for biscuits and gravy. Figure I'll have to give it a try someday.

I really enjoy P28 bread, I have some everyday. It's a high protein bread with 28 grams of protein in one bagel or two slices of bread. Any bread is ok as long as you stay within your calorie limit but the P28 bread makes hitting my macros easier.

It's expensive if you look at it just as bread but if you think of it as a protein supplement its not bad at all. Plus if it helps fulfill a craving while on a cut and till be good for you it's worth every penny. Not sure about availability in the UK, it ships out of New Jersey to me so I'm not sure. All I know is I love starting my day with either a pb&j or an egg sandwhich.

I haven't exactly cut bread out of my diet but I pay attention to my calories and macros. This typically means I make sandwiches with one piece of bread instead of two and the like. I use the "double fiber" bread and like it just fine.
