wouldn't be surprised once you take care of your Vitamin D deficiency your test levels would shoot up through the roof. You're pretty damn deficient so it will make a difference.Originally Posted by Improve573

My endo tells me its related to my hypothyroidism that ive had for a while, its the reason for my low T despite being active/being on a strict diet. I've been doing IF for the past year and i lift 3-4 times a week. Majority of my bodyfat is around my stomach and i got dat gyno.Originally Posted by oneshotGG

you realize D deficiency may affect your thyroid as well? Why don't you take care of any deficiencies first than get all your levels recheck to rule out whether its the deficiency causing it or not.Originally Posted by Improve573
