I've started eating McDonald's breakfast every day because it's really the only breakfast I like.
I get 1 sausage biscuit (2 if I'm hungry), and a medium iced coffee.
Is this going to turn me into a fatass?

Yeah sure, why not.

Yea, I don't think its ever ok to eat fast food. Its not about cals in and cals B.S, its about the fact that you are eating very un healthy food. Think about your body, your veins, your heart... I know guys bulking and they eat junk food 1-3x a day and their excuse is they need the cals. They are not thinking about their actual health.. my opinion.

I work at McDonalds and when you are there 40 hours a week it can become a big part of your diet which can be very difficult to keep the fat off and put on muscle but I've been working there for a year now and I'm happy to say I haven't put on any fat and it actually has helped me with some muscle growth. I usually eat the Grilled Chicken, Angus Patty (just the patties not the buns or condimients) and sometimes a side salad, for breakfast I usually mix a few egg whites with some of their liquid egg product and have a sausage and or steak patty and I take the fruit out of the fruit and yogurt parfait and just have the yogurt. Sometimes I give in to temptation and have a burger every once in a while. I would say just keep it to a minumum and make the right choices. Seems like you're doing pretty well!!
