hey all, I've been binge free for about possibly 6 months. Possibly even 7z haven't really kept track. But lately I've just wanted to eat. I don't dealt have a craving to binge and eat "junk food". But I keep consuming a lot of my calories in the morning. I know meal timing doesn't matter buttttt it kind sucks cause then I got barely any for later in the day!
Pretty much I'm just ranting how it sucks I keep eating most of my calories early and how I want more food but is there a way to curve the desire for food? I'm always wanting it lately. >.<

If you want to have more calories later in the day, have less in the morning.
Or enjoy some balance and have a nice uncounted meal.SydMisc | Team: Norton
