    Really wanting food

    hey all, I've been binge free for about possibly 6 months. Possibly even 7z haven't really kept track. But lately I've just wanted to eat. I don't dealt have a craving to binge and eat "junk food". But I keep consuming a lot of my calories in the morning. I know meal timing doesn't matter buttttt it kind sucks cause then I got barely any for later in the day!

    Pretty much I'm just ranting how it sucks I keep eating most of my calories early and how I want more food but is there a way to curve the desire for food? I'm always wanting it lately. >.<

    If you want to have more calories later in the day, have less in the morning.
    Or enjoy some balance and have a nice uncounted meal.

    You eat a lot in the morning and but complain you can't eat enough at night. Hmm easy solution IMO.

    try veggies, 50 cals of celery and youll be spent. coffee and tea help me, as do peppermint gum.
