    Infinite Lab Dagger Log

    I want to say thanks to Infinite lab and to rep John Butz for letting me do a Dagger pre work out log. Ill be hitting the gym 5 days a week. Monday thur Friday!!!!

    Monday-shoulder
    Tuesday-Back
    Wedneday-chest
    Thurday-legs
    Friday-bi's and tri's
    abs and cardio will be 3 days a week mon/wed/fri

    Today is gonna be day one!!!! I cant wait to start. Gonna mix one scoop at 2pm. Gonna let it sit for 45m. Gonna take it right before I leave work. Ill be at the gym by 315. I cant wait to see what this product gonna go. Come on 245.

    I killed it yesterday at the gym!!! I was so pumped but yet so clam. I felt my blood boiling when I was drving to the gym. Once I got there and warmed up. WOW!!!!!!! I started pushes weight like nothing. If I double get my number on my notebook. I think I added about 25lbs on each side for shoulder press and 70lbs on shurgs. It was a great feeling. I didnt want it to end plus I had so much energy I did 40min of cardio instead of 25-30 like I do on Mondays. I cant wait todays workout!!!!!

    I tried the black cherry flavor and the taste was pretty good... the results were also satisfactory ( Pump, energy, focus) The only issue I saw with it was the mixing... I use a shaker bottle and there would also be some grains at the bottle.. wouldn't fully mix, Did anyone else have this issue?

    No mixing issues here. I have a small 5oz tube. I mix it up about 45 min before I take it. When Im ready to take it I give it a quick mix again. There tube is pretty much gain free. But I do add another 5 oz of water and mix it up again. But no mixing problems. I dont used a shaker cup. One company PWo stained my cup red!!! I complained and they blew me off. Oh well!!!!

    Back days results!!! I went is feeling alittle sore from my shoulder workout(need more post workout). I warm up, got my heart rate moving and then I hit the weights.

    Lat pulldowns 12x130 12x140 10x150 6x170 15x110
    One arm dumbbell rows 12x70 12x80 10x85 8x95 12x70
    Machine low rows(one arm) 12x150 12x170 10x180 10x190 8x200

    I felt again really strong. Im just glad that todat is my off day After 2 hard heavy days. Its gonna be nice to to a break.

    ya 5-6oz with one scoop.. I shake in my tube, drink about half then add more water. so maybe im around 12-14 after im done.

    I killed my legs on thurday. Alot of pain left the gym feeling good but woke up with pain.... Friday was bi's and tri's. I felt very strong!!! Having a 2 day break from lifting upper body. Boy did it feel good to lift heavy. I felt the blood pumping and filling up in my bi's great feeling. So, Im back at it today for shoulder. I cant wait to it hard again!!!!!

    Describe the pain. If a sharp, isolated pain, you may have torn something. Ice it as often as you can and take some anti-inflamitories.

    If not. If it is a full, stiff, all-over ache, then you've done good. You've worked the muscle and it needs to rebuild. Eat plenty of high-quality protein. Glutamine and BCAAs help, especially intra-workout. But after as well.

    If not. If it is a full, stiff, all-over ache, then you've done good. You've worked the muscle and it needs to rebuild. Eat plenty of high-quality protein. Glutamine and BCAAs help, especially intra-workout. But after as well.
    Its not a torn. Its just from lifing heavy. Im doing 3 shakes during the day @ 50g a shake. Bcaa 2 twices a day. A post workout and at night time Im doing casin protein @ 40g.

    So to is Thurday Leg day. Here we go again. I dont think Ill be in that much pain as of last week. Last week I went really heavy. So if im able to do the same or more I know my legs will be ready for it. And im gonna up the scoops today. Ive been doing 1 a day, immoving that up to 1.5 today. Just to see what would happen. I cant wait. Fill you guys in tomorrow.

    Glad it is just soreness. Also. I can't emphasize enough - stretching.

    Not ballistic. Just hold it tight for 20-30 seconds after you finish.

    I hear ya. So yesterday was leg day. I killed it again. I used 1.5 scoops. Had to down it with more water. But what another great workout!!! Once I warmed up and streched, I was good to go. I leg pressed 8 reps at 815lbs. I felt I great, like I wanted to do more but I didnt want to mush myself and get hurt. We shall see what happens next thurday. My second week in and Im still feeling the effects. The blood still flowing and viens poping out. Im leaving the gym dripping after about a 45-60 min workout. So far after 2 weeks Im very impress with Dagger.
