if you have a big ego, ask people who don't like you why they don't like you. most likely they will be dead honest about it and then you can realize what you need to change. start putting others' desires above your own. being beta and sucking up to people is different than respecting those who deserve respect. you don't have to be nice to everyone you know, but you don't have to treat people you dislike as if they're subhuman.
imo a humble person can be more alpha than an arrogant person ever will beThreads about girls but no pics = negs on sight

Why would you want to lose an ego? Do you want to regress to a beta awkward ******* who has no confidence or selfworth and just takes up space?
You're ego is part of who you are. You didnt "lose yourself" in it. That's who you're becoming, and you are still trapped in the mental bondage of others telling you who you are. You are who you are.http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoawuYgSkehcUdvZQ6yNOcA/videos?flow=grid&view=0
Check out my youtube channel! Feel free to ask questions, and I'll make video responses as in depth and to my knowledge as I can. I don't spread bro science, my information will be similiar to Ian Mccarthy/Layne/Ogus/Eric helms in the sense that I will base my accusations of of science/studies. Also some personal experience, but I won't impose that onto you. But if you ask, I'll answer :)

I started getting an ego around 14, and i don't even know why, although i think it began with picture likes on websites like bebo, myspace ect, i was a ******* back then. As i got older and more mature i gradually slipped out of it, but there are times when i can become arrogant and i just think against it. You have to remember although i was lucky enough to avoid this, often people dislike egomaniacs, if you are one, im not saying your going to be friendless and yes you'll get the occasional girl that likes confidence, but its not a good quality to have. Since about 17 i tried to adopt the approach of always being humble and treat others how you would like to be treated. Google it or hit youtube watch some motivational videos, listen to people like Bruce Lee and gradually you'll become less involved.
