First of all let me say I know theyre 2 completely different supplements with 2 different puposes. I only have money for one of the two.
some back info on myself: Ive been lifting for a month an a half. Seeing good progress, good strength gainz.
Also I think I might be caffeine resitant because i can drink a cup of coffee and feel completly normal, and I dont really drink it that often nor soda
Which supplement would benefit me the most?

If you feel that caffeine doesn't effect you, then a preworkout with stims may not be one for you. You may want to look into a stim free pre workout then, or just get a stim one just to try. I haven't tried the new jack3d micro but people are saying some good things about it, I would say look into White Flood, and a new up and coming pre is Cardio Igniter.

Definatly go with universal shock therapy instead of storm, jack3d is overratted and you gain tolerance really fast, i loved shock therapy and it tastes pretty good too, im starting to really enjoy universal as a company

Neither? Storm looks good, but I'd bet everything but the Creatine is underdosed. OK, maybe not everything, but Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate for sure.
Look at Fierce Dom for a pre with good ingredients and useful doses.
