Im trying to lose weight, Im 6, 273 pounds and i have been taking a supplement found in Canada called "Metabolean" here are the ingriedients, tell me if these will help me or should i go to Xendrine, thanks
Citrus Aurantium (4% Synephrine-Advantra-z) 1000mg
Guggul Extract (10-12% Gugglesterones) 750mg
Guarana Extract 300mg
Tribulus Terrestris (40-45% Furustanol) 300mg
White Willow bark 300mg
Cayenne 275mg
1-2 capsules with meal three time daily.
Is this doing anything for me, i dont care anymore im tired of being fat i need help, I have been trying to stay awar from Ephdrin products, but i dont care and im want a good fat burner. Thanks for the help a head of time!

Some of that stuff has been known to help with fat loss. The most potent fat burners always contain ephedra or norephedrine which your blend does not. While what you have should help, I don't find many people taking blends like yours, nor do I hear people reporting awesome results or anything. Id just pick up an ephedra based fat burner and try it out...their cheap enough...
