Stop wasting your ****ing time. BB.com feeds you these lies that all these amazing transformations are natural and say that you can do it with hard work and dedication...BULL****.

I would like any member here to post a truly impressive transformation that they had that is truly a WOW transformation naturally. Don't try to bull**** me either, I can tell what is natural and what is not.

I hate seeing guys going through the hardship of trying to achieve a physique that somebody on large amounts of hormones achieved that they are trying to achieve naturally. The worst part is with all the lies and bull**** on here, they actually think it can be done.

90% of the transformations in there are not natural. No way, no how.
If you truly want an impressive transformation and a return that fits the amount of dedication and hard work you put into it, use the right tools to do so. Don't tread water while believing the lies that are spewed here.

Exactly, it's only depressing if you look at it from a natural standpoint. Once you find your way to the truth, there is only more opportunity in the horizon.

Alot from the looks of it. Heavy androgens (hence the veins and the "hard" look, also from DHT derivatives that cause this), HGH probably from the look of his skin, probably a diuretic along with it (light one most guys use for photoshoots like this). There's a reason he won out of the thousands that entered.

He had a **** ton of muscle mass before the cut.

Imagine being on a severe deficit with BCAA's + creatine + high protein + fat burners + no cheats + either keto or carb cycling + going to the gym 7-14x a week, full contest prep mode. Further take into account that in the before picture there was ****ty lighting, he wasn't shaved, he was bloated, he was most likely not carb depleted, and he wore loose as **** shorts which accentuated his love handles for the pic, and in the latest picture he's obviously shaved, carb depleted, holding a ridiculous pump under crazy lighting, and dry, with fitted shorts..

I think it's possible.

This is a perfect example of a natural transformation, which is impressive don't get me wrong. I'm not going to knock anybodies hard work in this thread, we all work hard in here. But, if you see the difference (I'm going to compare you to a guy who was on large doses of ****, you could do the same thing if you were on the same doses) in the skin tone, the vascularity, the dense "hardness" of the muscle (again, heavy androgens and DHT derivatives).

He is higher bodyfat than the guy in the transformation, but even if he was leaner he would not achieve this look that the black guy in the transformation had.

OP is 1000% right.. 95% of the people on here are absolutely delusional when it comes to this whole natty vs not natty thing.. The simple truth of the matter is the vast majority of people on here have unrealistic natty physique goals..
