Squat variations (Hindu, regular, wall, pistol/one leg, etc...), burpees, squat thrust, squat jumps, tuck jumps, 180° squat jumps, star jumps, mountain climbers, knee tucks/high knees, lunges, and I guess you would call them bounces or pulses, where you get into a squat or lunge position, and bounce or pulse in place for a few reps; just keep the motion very limited, like, 6" or so.
